Your story matters. If you’ve lived through narcissistic abuse, we want you to know you are not alone — and neither should anyone else feel alone in this journey. Many survivors carry their pain in silence, unsure if others will believe or understand them. By sharing your story, you give hope, strength, and validation to someone who may be going through the very same thing right now.
This space is a community built on courage and connection. Every video or message we receive becomes a light for others, showing that healing is possible, that voices can be reclaimed, and that together we are stronger than the abuse we’ve faced.
We invite you to share your experience through a short video or written text. Your testimony can help others recognize the signs of narcissism, understand that their feelings are real, and find the strength to take the next step toward healing.
Requirements for Submitting Your Video
To protect you and our community, please make sure your video meets the following requirements:

Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old to submit a video.

Consent to Publish – By sending your video, you give us full permission to post, share, and distribute it publicly on our website and social media platforms.

Ownership of Content – The video must be your own story. Do not submit content that belongs to someone else or violates another person’s rights (copyright, trademarks, or privacy).

Respectful & Safe – Videos must not include hate speech, threats, explicit content, or anything that promotes violence.

No Confidential Information – Please avoid sharing personal details (addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, etc.) that could put you or others at risk.

Voluntary Submission – Submitting your video is entirely voluntary, and you understand there is no financial compensation for sharing your story.

Right to Refuse – We reserve the right to decline posting any video that doesn’t meet these requirements or goes against our mission.

Legal Release – By submitting, you release us from any liability connected to the use, sharing, or public viewing of your video.
